Your Engagement with Nordic Anchor

Before we begin — a few important points.

We're about to collect detailed personal information to open your immigration case. Danish and EU data protection law requires us to be fully transparent — please read carefully before proceeding.

What we collect and why
To open and manage your immigration case, we collect personal details including your full name, date of birth, nationality, current permit status, employment details, and in some cases family information. This is processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and, where immigration status data is involved, Article 9(2)(b) (employment and social protection law).
How long we keep it
Your case data is retained for the duration of your engagement plus 5 years thereafter, in accordance with Danish bookkeeping law (Bogføringsloven §10). You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time by emailing rd@nordicanchor.dk.
Who sees your data
Your data is processed solely by Nordic Anchor (CVR 46215540) and submitted to SIRI as part of your permit application. It is not shared with any other third party without your explicit consent. All data is stored within the EU.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of your data, and to lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
