Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28 April 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging Nordic Anchor's services. By submitting an enquiry or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Nordic Anchor

Nordic Anchor (CVR: 46215540) is a Danish immigration consultancy operating as an Enkeltmandsvirksomhed (sole proprietorship) under Danish law. We provide advisory and administrative support services in relation to Danish immigration applications. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and submission of work permit applications
  • Fast-Track Certification assistance for companies
  • Family reunification and EU residence certificate applications
  • Permanent residence applications
  • Right-to-work checks and HR retainer support
  • General Danish immigration guidance and consultation

The specific scope of work for each engagement is agreed in writing prior to the commencement of services, either via email or a formal service agreement.

3. Not Legal Advice

Nordic Anchor provides immigration consulting and case preparation services. Nothing we communicate to you — verbally, in writing, by email or on this website — constitutes legal advice. For legal advice, you should consult a qualified Danish lawyer (advokat).

Immigration outcomes depend on the decisions of Danish authorities (SIRI, the Immigration Service, the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration). We cannot guarantee any specific outcome for any application.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Flat-Fee Structure

Our fees are published on our Services pages and reflect a flat-fee model — you pay a fixed amount per service, not an hourly rate. Fees are quoted in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of government application fees paid directly to Danish authorities (SIRI), which are the client's responsibility.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before work commences. No work will begin until cleared payment is received. By paying, you confirm you have read the relevant service description and understand what is included.

4.3 Government Fees

Government application fees (e.g., SIRI case fees) are set by the Danish authorities and are not included in Nordic Anchor's consulting fees. These are payable directly by the applicant or employer to the relevant authority. Current fee schedules are displayed on our Services pages and updated annually, but the official SIRI website should be consulted for the definitive figure at the time of application.

4.4 Invoicing

An invoice will be issued upon agreement of services. For B2B clients, invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Before Work Commences

If you cancel before any work has started (i.e., before document review or case preparation has begun), you are entitled to a full refund, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

5.2 After Work Has Commenced

Once work has commenced, the fee is non-refundable in respect of the work already completed. If you cancel mid-engagement, we will invoice for the proportion of work completed; any overpayment will be refunded.

5.3 No Outcome Guarantee

Our fee covers the preparation and submission of your application. If an application is refused by the Danish authorities, our consulting fee is not refundable, as the service (preparation and submission) has been delivered. Government fees paid to SIRI are also non-refundable by SIRI in most circumstances.

6. Client Obligations

To enable us to provide our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documentation when requested.
  • Respond to our requests for information promptly — delays caused by late document provision may affect application timelines.
  • Notify us immediately of any changes in circumstances relevant to your application (e.g., change of employer, salary, personal status).
  • Not submit or instruct the submission of any application based on information you know to be false or misleading.

Nordic Anchor accepts no liability for delays, refusals or adverse outcomes arising from incomplete, inaccurate or late information provided by the client.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or business information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or to the Danish authorities as part of your application. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law:

  • Nordic Anchor's liability in connection with any service is limited to the consulting fee paid for that specific service.
  • We are not liable for consequential, indirect or special losses, including loss of income, employment opportunities, or costs arising from application refusals or processing delays by Danish authorities.
  • We are not responsible for changes in Danish immigration law, policy or fee schedules that occur after your application is submitted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics and code — is the intellectual property of Nordic Anchor. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of this website without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time you engage our services is the version that applies to that engagement. We will always display the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
