We do not collect any special category data (such as health information, national origin, or immigration status beyond what you voluntarily share in an enquiry message).

3. Contact Forms — Formspree

Our contact form is powered by Formspree, Inc., a US-based third-party service. When you submit a form, your name, email address and message are transmitted to and stored on Formspree's servers.

Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Data transfers to the US are conducted under standard contractual clauses (SCCs) as per Formspree's privacy framework.

4. Google Fonts

This website loads the Newsreader typeface from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). When your browser requests the font files, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. This is a technically necessary step to render the site correctly.

Google may use this IP address in accordance with their own privacy policy.
The legal basis for this transfer is our legitimate interest in providing a correctly rendered website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Cookies

6. Payment Processing — Stripe (Upcoming)

We intend to offer online payment for services via Stripe, Inc.. When this feature is enabled:

Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment interface. Nordic Anchor never sees or stores your full card number.
Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
We retain transaction references (not card data) for 5 years to meet Danish bookkeeping obligations under Bogføringsloven.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We only share data with the third-party processors listed in this policy (Formspree, Google, Stripe) and only to the extent necessary to provide our services. We do not share data with immigration authorities, government bodies or any other third parties without your explicit consent or a clear legal obligation to do so.

8. International Transfers

Some of our processors (Formspree, Google, Stripe) are based in the United States. Transfers to these processors are made under appropriate safeguards — specifically, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission — ensuring your data receives an equivalent level of protection to that required within the EU/EEA.

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — you may ask us to delete your data where there is no overriding legal basis to retain it.
